What we're working on
Leadhand
An AI assistant that answers the phone for UK trades. When a plumber, electrician or builder can't pick up, Leadhand answers in their firm's name, takes the job details, books the work into their calendar, and texts a confirmation to both sides.
Calls are answered on numbers our customers set up during signup. Every call opens by saying it's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. Text messages are only sent to people who have rung the business or submitted an enquiry to it — never unsolicited.
